Return and Refund Policy

Return your order

If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return prior to returning the products. Please be noted that we don’t refund orders if you simply change your mind, ordered a wrong product, size and/or colour. This is due to the custom nature of each item.We will process a refund only for products that are damaged, misprinted or defective. Refunds will be processed via Paypal. All refunds are made at the discretion of skribbledesign.com.au.

Misprinted, Damaged, Defective Items

Under this Return Policy, any claims for misprinted, damaged and defective items must be submitted with a photo of the item within 24 hours after the product has been received. Simply contact us. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient (wrong address) by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the sender. We will get in touch with you if this is the case. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Shipment costs might be different from a flat rate($10) as it’s calculated case by case.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please take the below 2 steps:

Step 1:
Make sure that the order is actually lost in transit

Find the tracking link in one of our notification emails and look at the tracking log. If you do see entries in the tracking log, then please wait a little longer.

Step 2:
Confirm the shipping address

Confirm the shipping address if it’s past the estimated delivery time. Please double-check that you entered the correct shipping address.
